When it comes to cellular health, BodyBio delivers. BodyBio PC (phosphatidylcholine) during pregnancy and postpartum was one of my own favorite tools. PC is a key building block for baby’s brain development in utero, and it’s just as essential for supporting mom’s nervous system and brain health postpartum (hello, "mom brain" is often your body asking for more nourishment, not just more coffee).

Birthright
Birthright is where I send anyone preparing for birth and postpartum. Most prenatal on the market use synthetic blends, and we can’t absorb those in our bodies, especially if you have the MTHFR gene. Folic acid is rampant in many prenatal—folic acid has to be converted in the liver to become bioavailable. The gene prevents this from happening, and they can’t absorb it as effectively. Birthright does it RIGHT - whole food sourcing only so you can absorb all of it.
